Love the paddle but no customer service

I love my paddle so my husband ordered one as well. After two weeks we have not gotten a confirmation on his order and are unable to view the status. We have sent five emails and have not heard back on them. However, our credit card was charged for the amount of his paddle. Am Very disappointed with the customer service which seems to be nonexistent. There is no phone number for contacting this company.

Hello, we have responded to every email that you sent with no response from you. We sent you a notification letting you know that the paddle was delayed and we offered you a refund as well due to the delay from our mfg. Additionally, we offered if you wanted to wait for your paddle that we would send you a free hat. Writing a negative review that is not truthful is slander. We just responded to your last email sent you tracking and included a free hat anyway even though we never heard from you just in good faith.

Great Paddles Better Service

This has been my first time experiencing Crush Paddles. I was given a chance to try out several of their paddles when a sponsor came to our gym during play. Everyone was checking them out and talking about how great the paddles were. After using the paddle to play with that day I purchased one. I got to talk to the owner about the paddles and couldn't get over what service they offered. Pete made sure I was 100 percent happy with my purchase. He was very personal and professional! I recommend Crush Paddles to anyone who is looking for a paddle that gives you what you want and someone who stands behind their product which is hard to find these days!
