We want you to LOVE the way you play.  CRUSH guarantee's that you will love your paddle.  Just try us out and if you don't have a crush on your paddle in 30 days; we will take it back!  

1. We ask that you play with your paddle consistently for at least 2 weeks in a row.
2. Your 30 days starts from your order date.
3. Customer is responsible to pay return shipping fees.  Details on return location are in our Q & A.
4. Should you decide that you truly don't have a crush on us; we ask that you email images of your paddle (front, back & edge guard) to get approval to start the process of your return. Crush Sports, LLC has the authority to inspect returns and paddles that are abused, damaged or neglected as they will not be eligible for refund.
5. We only charge a 10% restocking fee as we are unable to resell the paddle. 
6. Should you choose to "exchange" your paddle rather than return it we void the restocking fee all together; but this is a one-time guarantee and not a full demo program.
